About me
Vanessa is a geotechnical engineer with 7 years’ experience in a variety of geotechnical and brownfield development projects in the UK and a further 13 years’ experience of Canadian geotechnical projects. Since moving to Canada Vanessa has been involved in slope stability analysis of recent failures that have occurred along the South Saskatchewan Riverbank and was a core member of the design team for the tailings management area for a new potash solution mine. In 2018 Vanessa joined the City of Saskatoon as the geotechnical engineering specialist with a focus on managing the riverbank instability and provides a geotechnical review and input to internal departments.
