Tyler is a Project Engineer for Jacobs (Winnipeg, MB) and is the Canadian Regional Technology Lead (RTL) for Jacobs’ pipeline Condition Assessment and Rehabilitation Services (CARS) practice, responsible for coordination of resources, business development, and excellence in delivery of CARS projects.
