About me
Mostafa Khalil is an innovation engineer and data scientist at Stantec’s Water Office of Innovation and Technology. He works at the intersection of process engineering, mechanistic modeling, and machine learning to develop digital solutions for water and wastewater systems. His interests include digital twins, process optimization, greenhouse gas mitigation, and intelligent decision-support tools for both operation and design. He holds a PhD in Environmental Engineering from the University of Alberta and has over a decade of experience spanning research, industry, and teaching.
